I’m a professional chef with 17 years of experience, trained at the Art Institute of California. I built my foundation in diverse kitchens across San Diego, including two years at The Grand Del Mar, and I refined my craft further working with French Master Chef Patrick Ponsaty at Ponsaty in Rancho Santa Fe.

I fell in love with cooking in private homes, where I get to connect with people while delivering exceptional meals. I stay calm under pressure, work with efficiency and precision, and I’m fully knowledgeable in safe food handling. I specialize in healthy eats with farm-to-table ingredients, I’m always researching new recipes and plating styles, and I earned a bronze medal from the ACF (American Culinary Federation) in competition.

Cooking is my own doctor—a way to taste the world without leaving your home. It relaxes me, keeps me creative, and lets me keep making art.
